supernatural mice in our walls
My fucking ears wont stop ringing. Our rehearsal space is too small! I am beginning to contemn James' cracked cymbal which consistantly buzzes in a seemingly sempiternal fashion, cringing the very depths of my soul. Eight fucking hours of this shit and were still screwing up parts?? Whatever. Another day and hopefully Akron will recieve a quality performance.
My hats off to the mice that live in the walls of our rehearsal space though. They are undoubtably all deaf by now. But they probably have a heightened sense of awareness that borderlines on the supernatural because they have had to compensate for the endless barrage of noise that invades their homes and villages. Pretty soon they'll stage an attack, I know it! It's only a matter of time. We must be prepared for that day.

a circle is a square
a typical day in the life of anyone is intriguing when looked at under a microscope, or in short glimpses. It's really all about the thought process behind the actions and not the actions themselves. For instance, I was outside smoking a cigarette just the other day when a middle-aged gentleman wearing a suit jacket and slacks walked by, talking to himself. I caught a couple of sentences as he passed.. but I heard.. "..a square is a circle and the circle is square. no one understands there are demons in the air.." He then passed by to where I could no longer make out his meanderings. He turned around and gave me a quick stare and then kept going. Where was he headed? I thought. What was he doing in the middle of the day walking about in a downtown nowhere ghost town like this? Then again.. maybe he was wondering the same thing about me. Regardless, like magnets we connected for just a moment and then it was gone. Everyone has a story. Everyone has a plight. Everyone has a solution. Everyone seeks the light.
